Akash Singh shines on the beginnings of LSG
Akash Singh’s left arm stimulator obtained its LSG debut before the match against the Kings of Punjab. He replaced Ravi Bishnoi, the leg spinner in the XI.

Speaking during the draw, the captain of the LSG Rishabh Pant said that they would have an advantage while bowling in the match. He also praised young LSG players for performing well in IPL 2025. He said:
“We don’t know how it will play. It looks like it will stop a little. Little in the top. However, a good counter. It’s going to be a good match.
“The bowling alley first, we will have the advantage and see how the game takes place and this is the kind of advantage that we are looking for. I just try to be simple more often. You want people to have a conversation when you lose. It’s good to see young people intervene.”
Meanwhile, the Punjab Kings skipper, Shreyas Iyer, said the message in the PBKS camp was to be in a good mood and motivate each other. He developed:
“It was under the sheets and you know the humidity to which it adopts. The grass is thicker. I do not want to predict how the counter will be. We are ready for competition. You have to take points of the game. You cannot dwell on how you have done in a particular game.
