2025 has seen four major plane accidents in recent weeks.
The four incidents occurred in Toronto, Alaska, Philadelphia and Washington, DC of these accidents, three led to deaths, according to reports.
Different operators were involved in each incident.
Delta Connection Flight 4819

Delta Air Lines Flight 4819 accidental Monday at Toronto Pearson International Airport, according to the Federal Aviation Administration and the airline.
A video of the incident captured the aircraft back during the accident and continuing to slide on the track.
The flight, operated by the Delta regional subsidiary, Endeavor Air, had 76 passengers and four crews aboard the CRJ-900 at the time of the incident.
There was no death in the accident. However, 21 travelers on the plane at the time were transported to the hospital, all except three were released, according to a Tuesday morning update in Delta.

Béring Air Flight 445
The coastal guard located the manufacturing of Béring Air 445 on February 7 after having crushed almost three dozen miles southwest of Nome, in Alaska.
The plane had disappeared the day before by going to Nome airport from Unakleet airport, Fox Weather reported.
The 10 people on the plane died in the accident, according to officials.

The deadly crash of a Learjet 55, which served as medical transport, occurred in Philadelphia on January 31, according to the FAA.
A pediatric patient, his mother and four crew members were on the plane when he crashed shortly after the departure of the northeast airport of Philadelphia, who died all six, said The city of Philadelphia in a press release. The outdoor collision between American Eagle Flight 5342 and an army helicopter on January 29 left every 64 passengers from the plane and the crew and the three dead of the helicopter.
