Sharing my essential well-being for travel!
Hi friends! Happy Monday! I hope you had a great weekend and my friends who celebrated Easter enjoyed a great vacation. We had a brunch here at home, I went to see King of kings With friends, and dinner to celebrate the Bvay de Trevor with the family. It was perfect.
OUR Spring Forward Challenge Start today so if you are looking for a small reset of well-being, Register here.
For today’s post, I wanted to talk a bit about the essentials of well-being. Some people pack super light and I say to myself: “How can I amortize my mini Somavedic So it doesn’t break?
Perhaps one day I will be a unique girl, but for the moment, I have too many things that I like to have with me. I tried to focus only on the essential elements of this post and I included all the wellness goodies that I bring when I travel. The affiliation links are included below because many of them are products that I have used and loved for many years. Thank you very much for supporting the blog by shopping via my links!
If you have favorites to add to the list, please leave them in the comments below!
Travel Mustes
Compression socks
These are such a game game for long flights and training. I cannot live without them because they really help traffic and reduce swelling. I will also get up and walk at least every two hours unless I sleep. I will wear a comfortable combination or pants when I travel (no leggings) so that no one can say that I am in grandmother’s compression mode. They are the best.
Rest eyes masks
These are one of my eye care products not to live, but they are incredible for eye well-being, especially if you treat dry eyes on flights. I use one every morning. They help open the oil glands and increase oil production in your eyes, which lubricates them, and it’s super relaxing. Try them here.
Hydroalcoholic gel
Although I don’t think we should abuse hand disinfectant, I think it is important to have on hand when you have children and they touch everything and to travel. There are not always practical places available to wash your hands, and it is my Disinfectant for favorite hands, What is super soft for the skin is not too fragrant and super hydrating.
Complete the container and supplements
I always travel with supplements. My little convenient supplement container. I don’t think you should take supplements without functional test to see what your body really needs. I used to take a ton of supplements, but after using targeted tests and protocols, I just take a handful every day depending on the tests.
Here is a link to my favorite supplement container.
For daily supplements, here are some that I always include for travel: Melatonin,, Daily nutritional support, Digestive enzymes,, Organi Greens (Fitnessista code)and a Binder.
Eye mask
You never know what the light situation will look like in hotels, and I also like to have a eyes mask for long flights. I’m going to make ear traffic jams, add a mask for the eyes, I will also take melatonin Travelers and night at all. Vivarays makes a mask for Amaaaaazing eyes.
Travel humidifier
One of the easiest healthy habits for my eyes and the skin has daily use of the daily humidifier.I use the full size version at homeBut when I travel, I use this smaller travel humidifier. The air of the plane is so dry and it can also be useful in hotels. Here is the link to my favorite (Fitnessasta code).
Fps
I am generally discreet on makeup when we travel, unless we dine, but SPF is non -negotiable every day. This is my tinted SPF moisturizer. It adds a little coverage with anti-aging properties and sun protection (fitnessa code).
Lmnt
I have an LMNT each. My favorite flavors are raspberry and citrus, and I will keep packages in my hand luggage and put more in my suitcase. We have them on the subscription of Thrive Market.
Bottle of clearly filtered water
The water always sketches me a little when we travel. It’s good when we arrive at your destination (we will have large bottles of glass water to have at the hotel), but at the airport, you have the choice of water distributors (tap water) or plastic bottles. The perfect solution: clearly filtered. This bottle filters more than 300 contaminants and water has an incredible taste. We also use and love Their launcher at home.
Blue light locking glasses
When you travel, you are surrounded by floral lights and LEDs at the airport and on the plane. I love to wear my glasses 4 in 1 throughout the day, but especially the red lenses before falling asleep. Here is my link for the best (Fitnessasta code).
Neck cushion
I tried so many travel travel pillows and He’s my favorite of all time.
I can support him against the window and take a quality sleep on the flight. The last time we went to Spain, I slept almost throughout the Phoenix path in London and I landed to feel refreshed and awake!
Red light mask
It’s so portable, light and easy to pack. I just make sure to amortize it so that it is not crushed in the suitcase. Check it here and use fitnessista15. I use it several times a week and I notice a difference in the brightness and texture of my skin when it is part of my routine.
Ok friends, please share your essentials of travel well-being! Something you can’t live?
I always wish to be able to bring my PEMF carpet with me and I debate the packaging on Lumebox For our next big trip. 😉
xoxo
