Since officially retiring from the NFL in June 2022, Rob Gronkowski is still figuring out what work-life balance looks like in a post-football world.
Gronkowski, 35, who now works as an analyst for Fox Sports after 11 seasons with the New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, still remains remarkably busy — which makes updating his schedule quite a tricky task.
“The part I really have to address and get out of the way is the travel,” said Gronkowski, who spoke exclusively with Us every week through its partnership with Prime. “There is a lot of traveling in my new era. I have an event in one city, then I have an event in another city. I have to go to Los Angeles and do [Fox NFL Kickoff] every Sunday. So you learn the tips for approaching the trip without getting too down on yourself.
Gronkowski explained: “I’m very good at sleeping on planes. I try to make sure I rest whenever I can on the plane. That’s an advantage. It’s a bit like traveling through time. If you fall asleep and wake up in the next town, you’re like, “Whoa, that’s amazing.” »
Given her busy schedule and travel, Gronkowski noted that it made her free time even more special and sacred.
“I love my days off,” Gronkowski said. “I make sure I have a few days off – at least five to seven days a month – because I like to keep training and take care of myself too.”

As for her ideal way to spend a free day, Gronkowski said it all comes down to simplicity.
“I exercise, I go for a run, I can take my dog for a walk, I can spend time with my girlfriend, all that good stuff,” Gronkowski explained.
Former soccer star is dating his model girlfriend Camille Kosteksince 2015. Gronkowski and Kostek, 32, met when she was a member of the New England Patriots cheerleading squad and he slipped her his number at a charity event.
The couple shares a French bulldog named Ralphie Gronkowskiwho has his own Instagram account with over 54,000 subscribers.
Gronkowski’s television duties are currently shifting into high gear as the NFL playoffs are in full swing, which will include a trip to New Orleans for Super Bowl LIX in February. While in the Big Easy, the former New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees will be Gronkowski’s tour guide in Bounty’s Wingman campaign.
“I got a call from Gronk saying, ‘Hey, do you want to be my wingman for the Super Bowl in New Orleans?’ I mean, the answer is obviously yes,” Brees, 46, said exclusively. “I can’t wait to show this guy around, show him some Southern hospitality.” He’s used to buffalo wings being a guy from Buffalo, New York. But we’re going to add a little Cajun spice to these wings. He’s going to enjoy it.

Gronkowski and Brees will be on the field in New Orleans at Radio Row at Super Bowl LIX before the game at the Ernest N. Morial New Orleans Convention Center, in addition to sampling the best the city has to offer.
“Who better to call than Mr. New Orleans himself?” Gronkowski said about Brees. “He is the mayor of the entire city. We’re going to go to a restaurant, eat wings, and cause some damage.
