NetflixSell CO returns to Netflix!
The streamer confirmed on Friday (January 24) that the series would return for season 4, with production now underway and a release date to be announced at a later date.
“A lot has changed in the real lives of these agents since season 3, so it’s exciting to get back there,” said the series creator. Adam DiVello said in a statement, by Netflix. He teased that there were “a lot of new faces” this time around – watch out, Orange County.
“They’re crushing it out there,” DiVello said of his group of high-end real estate agents.

Sell CO premiered in 2022 as a spin-off of his popular brother show Sunset Sale. The West Coast franchise focuses on employees of the Oppenheim Group, a luxury company, in their personal and professional lives.
The OC edition featured the company’s founder, Jason Oppenheimas well as his collaborators Alex Hall, Alexandra Jarvis, Alexandra Rose, Brandi Marshall, Gio Hélou, Kayla Cardona, Polly Bringé, Austin Victoria And Tyler Stanalandthe source of lots of drama both on-screen and off as he returned to the single life amid his separation from his ex-wife Brittany Snow.
“Basically, he showed up to the set saying – once we started becoming friends and confiding in each other and trauma bonding – he was like, ‘Oh yeah, my wife [Snow] “I said we were getting divorced because I went on the show,” Hall, 35, said in a May 2024 podcast interview.
Hall felt compelled to share her side of the story after being accused of become affectionate with Stanaland35 years old, before his separation from Snow, 38 years old. (Stanaland and the Perfect pitch the actress separated a month later the beginnings of the series. Snow filed for divorce in January 2023, and the exes reached a settlement later that year.)

“Unfortunately, there were so many other altercations during the filming of our show with other women, with this man, with Tyler,” Hall recalled last year. “Season 1, one of the girls in the office was trying to seduce Tyler and make out with Tyler.”
During the Sell CO season 2 finale in September 2023, Hall and Stanaland expressed their feelings for each other and shared a hot kiss in a hot tub.
When season 3 premiere in May 2024, however, viewers learned that the couple’s relationship was not meant to be romantic. (Stanaland has since left the Oppenheim group working in real estate alongside his father, John.)
In August 2024, Hall revealed exclusively to Us every week that she was dating someone new.
“I’m very, very happy right now and I don’t want to ruin anything,” the reality star – who shares two children with an ex-husband – said at the time, adding: “I’m off the market, baby. It’s hard in OC, man. It’s hard everywhere there. I’m trying to get married again.
