Bournemouth aims to continue their exceptional shape and pay more misery on the Wolverhampton Wanderers in difficulty this Saturday at Vitality Stadium.
The Cherries have experienced a phenomenal campaign to date and are in the running for qualification in the Champions League. They have lost only once in all competitions since the end of November and have moved to fifth row of the Premier League table. The charges of Andoni Iraola can even jump the champions by reigning Manchester City with victory this weekend.
The form of Bournemouth contrasts strongly with the wolves, with the old gold seated near the foot of the table. After a new initial manager rebounded under Vitor Pereira, they had trouble maintaining all consistency and lost five of their last six outings in the Premier League. Bournemouth’s extensive injury problems have been slightly released in recent weeks, but they are still without six players for Wolves’s visit.
Evanilson and UNAL ENES are missing in attack, which means that Dango Ouattara will continue in the new number. Marcus Tavernier could enter the unit before his goal from the bench last weekend and replace David Brooks.
The other absent from the Cherries are in defense, with Julian Araujo, Adam Smith and probably James Hill disappeared at the right back. Marcos Senesi is still absent in defense, but the impressive form of the summer recruit Dean Huijsen helped Bournemouth fill the void.
Luis Sinisterra and Alex Scott both made their yields of injuries long-awaited the last time, while the winter signature Julio Soler could appear in the team after his return from the South American Championship for under 20s.
Bournemouth predicted the VS Wolves programming (4-2-3-1): Kepa; Cook, Zabarnyi, Huijsen, Kerkez; Christie, Adams; Tavernier, Kluivert, Semenyo; Ouattara.
The wolves are without crowd of first team keys, Emmanuel Agbadou and Rodrigo Gomes who added their name to an already long list of injuries. Despite the defeat last weekend in Anfield, the rescue goalkeeper Sam Johnstone is again available.
Hwang Hee-Chan, Sasa Kaljdzic, Leon Chiwome and Enzo Gonzalez are all injured in the front line, leaving the light wolves in the last third. Yerson Mosquera is also in defense.
Jorgen Strand Larsen has returned to training this week and gets closer to a return, although he is not necessarily able to face Bournemouth.
The Wolves will continue to rely on the genius of the Talisman Matheus Cunha, who scored an excellent goal against Liverpool last weekend. He needs help from his attackers’ colleagues Pablo Sarabia and Goncalo Guedes.
Wolves predicts programming against Bournemouth (3-4-2-1): SA; Doherty, S. Bueno, Toti; Lima, Andre, J. Gomes, Ait-Nouri; Sarabia, Guedes, Cunha.
The form and position of the League dictate that this should be a relatively comfortable victory for Bournemouth, which flies in the Premier League and even welcoming marginal return players. They are in a form of implacable goals and will wish to punish one of the most elected defenses in the division.
Wolves are capable of surprise with their individual quality – in particular the influential Cunha – but it is unlikely that they dominate the confident cherries. They will pray for a draw for vitality, but will probably have to accept the defeat.
