A manor inspired by Ferrari-Connu under the name of Casa Maranello in Delray Beach, Florida, broke a local record last week when he exchanged $ 50.5 million.
Not only was the Megadéal the biggest that the region has ever seen, but it was also one of the most unusual: the sale included an exchange of manor, tailor -made furniture, elaborate chandeliers, art, of Alcohol and even a sports car Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa Miniature.
According to public archives, the buyer was a trust linked to William Cafaro, the co -president of a retail real estate development company in Niles, Ohio. The trust bought the seven bedroom residence and nine bathrooms – and paid millions more for all of its furniture – with a combination of money and real estate worth $ 55 million.
The trust paid the architect and developer of the house, Aldo Stark of Prestige Design Homes, 24.5 million dollars with the Mansion act of almost 18,000 square feet of Cafaro located at 9200 Rockybrook Way in Delray Beach, Which, according to the public file, was estimated at $ 26 at $ 26 million.
“It was a very complex transaction, involving two mega real estate properties of trophies, money and many mobile parts with several stakeholders,” said inscribing agent Senada Adzem, who negotiated the two transactions , but would not be in detail on details.
The two residences are less than 1,000 feet distance in the Delray Beach district of Stone Creek Ranch, one of the most luxurious closed communities in the city.
The Rockybrook house that Stark received is located on 2.5 acres and has seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. The developer has already started to make major improvements to the house, and Adzem told CNBC that Stark plans to put the succession for sale soon.
“They incorporate exotic materials, tailor-made lighting and a brand new personalized furniture,” she said.

The sale price of Casa Maranello, amounting to more than $ 2,400 per square foot, broke the price record in town held by the megahome next door called Villa Specter, also built and designed by Stark.
“Aldo Stark is in a league with regard to visionary architecture, ultra-luxury design and development,” said Adzem.

The property next door is about the same size and the same disposition of Casa Maranello, but where the latter is inspired by Ferrari – even named for the city in Italy where the luxury car manufacturer is based – the residence of 16161 Circle Quiet Vista is centered on everything related to James Bond things.
Villa Specter marketing equipment shows the car gallery filled with costly Aston Martins and a Rolls-Royce Specter inspired by bonds. Before the house was officially registered for the sale, it was bought last month in an off -market agreement.
“As the customers intervened, they were left speechless,” said Adzem, who also negotiated the sale of Villa Specter.
Public files show that Villa Specter exchanged for $ 36.8 million. It was also sold fully furnished, so many millions of others have been paid to Stark for things such as furniture, art, alcohol and Rolls-Royce, which comes from the personal collection of Stark.
According to Adzem, the sum paid for Villa Specter and all its furniture brought the total value of the $ 55 million agreement closer.
While Adzem would not comment on the buyer’s identities in any of the transactions, the files show that Villa Specter has been bought by a trust -related trust, a CEO of retired technology.

Although the house was sold completely furnished, the millions of Ferraris dollars parked in the car gallery of 12 cars were not included in the sale, said Adzem, because most of these sports cars were part of the collection deprived of the developer.
Stark also parked its miniature red ferrari – a 75% replica of a vintage Ferrari – in the large living room of the house. While the new owners of Casa Maranello do not have their own Ferrari collection, they paid an additional cost for Stark to leave the miniature six -digit behind.
