Norman has also doubled the amount of outdoor and fresh air spaces in the building. Its advanced HVAC filtration systems will also constantly clean up outside air as it enters the building, while cleaning the recirculated air.
According to JPMorgan, there will be 50% of more municipal spaces and 25% of space volume per person, offering more flexible choices for workers. Last year, Amazon opened two new offices in its head office at Puget Sound in Bellevue, Washington. One of them, named Dynamo, provides more than 300,000 square feet with new offices, while the other, Sonic, offers 19 workspace floors on more than 400,000 square feet.
