Nottingham Forest and Brighton & Hove Albion aim to bounce after disappointing defeats when they lock the horns on Saturday noon in the Premier League.
The forest was humiliated during their visit to Bournemouth last weekend, conceding five in a deadly defeat that brought them back to earth. The Nuno Espirito Santo team is still perched in third, but is only three points in Newcastle United, fifth, while they are looking to keep their place of qualification in the Champions League.
The surprise outperforms of the Premier League have a difficult visit to Brighton to sail in the launch niche on Saturday, the Seagulls also to recover from their disappointing defeat at home against the resurgent Everton last weekend. Having been on a sterile race, the side of the south coast had won two championship games on the rebound before losing against the toftes.

Forest missed Callum Hudson-Odoi for his trip to Bournemouth last Saturday, but the winger could return from an injury to the groin on Saturday. If he appears, he will only leave the defensive midfielder Ibrahim Sangare in the treatment room.
