New layoffs are less than a year old after the company reduced approximately 3% of its workforce in May and having reduced the workforce by 4% in 2023. The two previous layoffs touched around 200 employees.

“We will refocus and rebalance our investments, our talents and our resources in order to better serve our customers and partners and help them achieve all the value of our platform fueled by AI,” said a Sprinklr spokesperson in a press release.
The spokesperson confirmed to Techcrunch that this decision has no impact on level C positions.
The company “will continue to hire in priority fields” to focus on its “strategic priorities,” said the spokesperson.
