A Pakistani national of Ontario sought in the United States for terrorism accusations for having allegedly targeted Jewish institutions in New York has agreed to be extradited.
During a brief audience of the Superior Court today in Montreal, Muhammad Shahzeb Khan, 20, agreed to be sent to the United States to be tried.

Khan has been imprisoned since his arrest on September 4 in Ormstown, Quebec, at the request of the American authorities.
US officials charged Khan from a charge to try to provide material support and resources to a terrorist organization.
The authorities allege that Khan, before his arrest, was on the way to make a mass shooting in a Jewish center in Brooklyn around October 7 to mark the one -year anniversary of the Hamas attack against Israel.
The Ontario of the RCMP division, which investigated Khan, said that the accused would be extradited in the coming weeks.
