Hi friends! Happy Friday! What’s going on this weekend? It was difficult for a few weeks here. Everyone is in good health (thank God) but we are going through a little raw patch. I can probably share more when we are on the other side, but we are there * right now.

This shoe protection spray. It is a success every month because it works so well. I use it for all our sneakers and it helps children’s shoes last a little longer.

Humidifiers in Canopée. They are the best absolute, and particularly useful during this dry season. My code is fitnessista.
A new discovery: This Amazon tennis bracelet. This was recommended in a Facebook group and as it was only $ 20, I decided to try it. It’s so good. The quality is incredible, it is super brilliant and the clasp is robust.
A day in L Offices from L to Tucson. It is a coworking place and they have several offices available, it’s so quiet, and they also have a full gym, a golf simulator and a podcast studio. I needed to get out of the house for a day of stacked calls, and it was perfection. So calm and I was more productive than I have been for a long time. I will certainly do something regular.

Fitness, health and good dishes:
THE Lumebox Arrived and I am already obsessed. It is such a boost of mood in the morning. I will meditate on the PEMF carpet With my red light and this is the ideal way to start the day.
I taught more bar lessons and my hips hurt me. I used red light on my hips and they were very good the next day. You can check it here and use the fitnessista code – This link will add my code for $ 260. I will have a blog review in the next two weeks!
