The depth of the Chelsea team will carry them under the title
Chelsea’s victory at Man City was a clear indicator of their immense squad depth.
Sonia Bompastor has brought six changes compared to the middle of the week, putting WSL back on usual substitutes like Aggie Beever-Jones, Mika Hamano and Oriane Jean-Francois.
The first half certainly showed in changes. It was heavy and pedestrian sometimes – words that we do not often associate in Chelsea. An arbitrary controversy and the width of a position prevented them from being 3-0 at the break.
But not for the first time this season, Bompastor needed a half-time team conversation. He had the desired effect, with Jones – one of the players gave him the chance to help the team – equalizing after the break.
And as the second half continued, the assembly of the pressure, and the talent of the bench could not have that the bench did not stop. Keira Walsh, Mayra Ramirez and the winner Erin Cuthbert to name three.
There was also a return of an ACL for Mia Fischel, and it is even before we remembered that Sam Kerr does not come back from the same injury.
Chelsea does the work when they need it in the WSL, and Squad Rotation helps to face a list of heavy lights. It is the brand of champions where everyone plays its role.
Now, this same mentality must be applied in the Man City final on Thursday while Chelsea seeks to reverse a 2-0 deficit in the Champions League. Each player will be necessary again.

Man utd ruthless as they keep heat on the arsenal
While Chelsea has been a class apart this quarter, the battle for whom the finalists of the Champions-Elected has been seized in recent months.
Arsenal has won 10 of his last 11 games – with the latest arrival on Saturday when they beat Liverpool 4-0 and moved three points from their nearest rivals.
But the UTD man equaled the results of the Gunners on Sunday, when they beat Aston Villa with the same score. The villans are in trouble, just a point above Bottom Club Crystal Palace, and the Natalia Arroyo manager admitted after the match they were weak with confidence. Who can blame them?
Despite this, Marc Skinner’s team took full advantage of it, with a crier of 40 yards from Grace Clinton the choice of goals at Villa Park. Arsenal is seven better than United in terms of objective difference, so making them match was important.
It’s like you are with only five games to play this season.

Kerolin again turns out to be a delicate customer for the Bompastor blues
Kerolin has entered and outside The Man City team since her entry from North Carolina Courage in January and although she impressed off the OFF, without a regular place to start still nailed, the Brazilian international did not have too much chance to have a substantial impact.
In four of her 11 appearances to date, she has played 15 minutes or less, but she started the last two – both against Chelsea – and shares with a goal and a decisive pass.
In the quarterfinals of the Wednesday Champions League against the Blues, she created Vivianne Miedema to mark her second 2-0 victory and, on Sunday, she crowned a superb performance in the first half with her first WSL goal.
She gave nightmares to Niamh Charles when she escaped twice on the right side inside the first half hour – and, when she did the same thing a third time, the Chelsea back line did not set foot, allowing her to coldly launch the opening goal in the lower left corner.
The 25 -year -old woman was much quieter after the break while the leaders of the league turned the screw and, finally, came out in the lead, but she turned out to be a delicate clientele before the break and the blues will have to be wary again in the second crucial stage of this European quarter -final Thursday evening.

Does Arsenal come up against at the right time?
Five is the fashionable word – five games to play in WSL and Arsenal moved five points behind Chelsea with their victory against Liverpool – before the Blues increased it to eight on Sunday.
Unfortunately, it was not a score of 5-0, but it could have been. The Gunners had the chance to completely confuse the reds, accumulating 18 shots.
It was a start of certain performance outside the past few weeks. The push under Renee Slegers was not going to last, but the decline had come at a detrimental time – leaving the FA Cup in Liverpool two weeks ago, and losing the first stage of their quarter -final of the Champions League against Real Madrid in the middle of the week.
Arsenal needed a victory by stimulating morale before Wednesday’s home tie, and that’s exactly what they did.
Football was exactly the style that Arsenal wanted and is known for – dominant passes, smooth passes, excellent team movements and beautiful goals. Liverpool never had a chance when each player operated at the top of his game, collectively and individually.
If they can reproduce this in the coming days and weeks, not only will there be a chance of another European semi-final, but the pressure will increase on Chelsea.
Arsenal also has a kind of WSL. Three of their last five games are against the last three current, with Brighton and Man UTD to finish.
Slegers says Sky Sports That the Gunners would be there for any shift in Chelsea, but the first step towards any title thought must be their own coherence. Saturday’s victory was a positive first step.

Liverpool has treated hard reality verification against Arsenal
Liverpool received hard reality control Saturday.
Four victories of four since Raming Whiteley was named the temporary boss was an impressive series of shape, but there was a gulf in class at the Emirates.
With less than one or two Cornelia Kapocs flows, the Reds were the largest throughout the luminaire.
In the brief periods of relief they had of the Arsenal assault, Liverpool players were isolated and therefore lacked ideas that are manifested.
The score could even flatter performance. It could have been much worse.
Caitlin Foord, who scored the first goal, stressed that Arsenal had a “point to prove” after a few disappointing weeks, which included a defeat in Liverpool in the FA Cup, and it seemed that they did it tonight.
Liverpool is not a bad team, but they are still competing with the best WSL teams.

Crystal Palace defeated by poor defense
Crystal Palace hoped to rely on a 3-1 victory against the Aston Villa relegation rivals last weekend, which may have raised them from the bottom of the table.
And for the most part, Crystal Palace corresponded to Everton. They had the best openings of the first half – a late goal – and statistically overall, was no massive gulf in number.
The Eagles were by no means exceeded, and a 3-0 defeat was perhaps hard. But they were undoubtedly surpassed by a team better suited to WSL.
Although the offensive game is good – Clarissa Larisey a particular luminous point – it was the defense of the three goals was a clear sign that there is still a lot to learn. It is not surprising for a team that has conceded 43 times this season – the most in the WSL.
Attempts to release the line for the opener were confused and weak. Josie Green had no idea of Sara Holmgaard was just behind her for the second, and Kelly Gago was wide open for a ball above. The defenders were out of position and could not stop his third at the end.
There were also good times in defense – Lily Woodham has deprived the balls in the right channel in the first half – but Everton took advantage of these naive moments to leave with the points.
Crystal Palace remains a point behind Aston Villa, and relegation is by no means an agreement made. But the areas of improvement are clear if they want to survive drop.
