Today’s post is a popular reader’s request, and the one I have been thinking about for about a year, but was on the fence. I hesitate because I am not a doctor, certainly not an ophthalmologist, but I was forced to learn a lot about the eyes in the past two years, which nobody could really help me with my eye problems. I finally found an incredible drought specialist, but I also had to take matters into my own hands. Other doctors were completely perplexed and wanted me to depend on the drops of IUD that increased my eye pressure. I learned a lot and I love to share everything I learned with you, but do not accept it as medical advice of any kind. Always touch your doctor before changing anything in your routine.
Ok, so my story of the eyes. A few years ago, I changed a lot with my eye routine and my eye care. (I will share some of these things below.) In the past year, I also noticed that my glasses were too strong for me. They started to bother me and had the impression of enlarging the glasses, especially while I was driving. I owed for my annual appointment on my eyes, and I went to a new office because the last RX meeting was a disaster (she gave me contacts and I ended up being allergic to contacts or solution, and when I went back to the office, she acted as if it was my fault if my eyes were completely swollen.) OK, so a new place, and I decided to tell him that my glasses were too strong in case time.
He examined the sight and told me that for the first time in my life, my prescription had decreased. I was a -5.25 since the 6th year, and now my RX was -5.0. It was a huge victory, and I was pumped on this subject !!
I continued and recently decided to order a pair of Vivarays on prescription after having made a ton of research on blue light blocking glasses. I wanted to find a business that did it well, and Vivarays is this company. (They kindly created a reduction code, fitnessistaAnd I will certainly publish a complete criticism!) My glasses had started to have this feeling of window again, so I went for a prescription re-cover because I did not want to order new glasses if it had changed.
I said in the doctorate (the same guy – he is excellent) that my glasses were too strong while I was reading. I started to remove my glasses to read, and they also disturbed me when I was on my computer for too long. He checked my reading vision, holding a brochure at around 2 feet in front of me, and my reading prescription was -2.50 – half of my current prescription !! He wrote to me a new prescription that I can use while I do things in the house, reading and working on the computer.
I shared the good news on Instagram and was flooded with writing requests from this post. The reality is that I did a lot of things and that I have the impression that it is a mixture of all these strategies; Not just one.
How I naturally improved my sight
But here are the things I think I have the most helped:
– Eye cleaning and hygine. It is disgusting but leading to the saga of the eyes, I have never really cleaned my eyelids. I used a face washing on them and I made sure that makeup was mainly turned off, but that was everything. Now my eyelids are grumpy every night and in the morning when I wake up.
My current routine:
AM: Wake up and use a Cornstone Eye mask for 15 to 20 minutes while I lie down in my bed.
Two drops of Update the conservative mega without preservation (I hate ingredients and single -use plastic, but it works best. I can’t wait Old eyes‘New drop to out)
Cleaks with Cliradex Wipe (I use 1/4 wip each morning)
PM: Clean Face with Fresh cleaner And do the rest of my skin care routine
Cleaks with Lid and oasis eyelashes (I use half-shoes every night)

– Parasite cleaning. At the beginning of my large eye rocket, I had horrible blepharitis, which is a proliferation of Demodex mites in the eyelids, eyelashes and margins of cover. They live and create a biofilm – they are bacteria machines !! – And parasitic cleaning put the coffin for them.
My eyes are no longer crisp, red or goopy at all – at one point, they were red, coarse and inflamed for about 10 weeks. It was then that my vision was at its absolute worst, and I really think that parasitic cleaning in addition to the hygine of the eyelids made a huge difference. I have a gift all about cleaning parasitic here.
– Master my dry eyes. My eyes rarely disturb me because I use the hot compress in the morning, falls twice a day, my eyelids are clean and I hydrate with electrolytes throughout the day. Dry eyes can absolutely worsen vision.
– Regulation of the nervous system. Stress is inflammatory and has an impact on all the main processes of our body. I have been working on cortisol models and nervous regulation for years now, but I am finally in the place where I feel calmer and balanced, even in total chaos (for the most part). I treat sleep as if it were my work, meditate on my PEMF carpet, Journal, enjoy the hobbies when I can, time with friends / family, nature, etc.
– This book. This was recommended by Roudy (who founded Vivarays) Reimagining Health Summit, and I downloaded it instantly. It is full of useful strategies and advice, but the biggest point to remember is that The less you depend on your glasses, the less you need it over time.
I realized that I had started to make an accent manner when I could not bring my contacts for several weeks. I didn’t like to wear my glasses for training, so I jumped them. In hot yoga, everyone around me was a giant blur. Finally, they became blurred humans, then I could possibly see details, such as patterns or logos on their clothes.
Although you cannot abandon your glasses to drive, you can absolutely abandon them for other things without compromising security, even if you simply start with meditation. He also talks about trauma and personal experiences behind the need for glasses, to relax your body enough to allow him to see fully and includes exercises and practices. You must also really believe that you can improve your vision.

While I take training lessons or I am at home and I don’t feel like I need my glasses, I abandon them. At first, it was extremely uncomfortable, but over time, my vision improved well.
– Elimination of toxicities and restoration of gaps. My supplement and my nutritional habits have changed, and I think it made a huge difference with my eyes.
