Tottenham Hotspur should welcome Luka Vuskovic at the end of the season.
The very well rated Croatian defender is currently playing for KVC Westerlo on loan from Hajduk SplitAnd he will join The Premier League club at the end of the season. Tottenham agreed with a 12 million pounds sterling Deal to sign it in 2023.
Former professional footballer Patrick GOOTS thinks that the 18 -year -old is a prodigious talent, but it is too early for him to move to Tottenham. Gobots believes that the talented young defender will find it difficult to maintain a regular starting place at the North London Club and that he is not yet ready to play for them.
Gobs said to Gazet Van Antwerpen (H / T Voetbal Krant)): “Vuskovic is very all around, only the pure rhythm it lacks a little, and there is a good head. He will also realize that it is too early for a return (moving) to Tottenham. »»
“I think it is in any case a very interesting profile for Antwerp, where Toby Alderweireld and Zeno Van den Bosch will disappear from the heart of the defense after this season,” continued Gobots.
“Control prices, and who knows, perhaps playing Europe, would be an ideal intermediary step.”
Can Vuskovic have an impact next season?

Tottenham is one of the largest clubs in the country and they should fight for the qualification in the Champions League and the national trophies. They need ready -to -use players who can have an instant impact and help them improve.
Although Vuskovic is an elite talent, he needs more experience to compete at this level. He will need more time to develop more before he can maintain a regular starting place for Tottenham. It will be interesting to see if the London club decides to send it on loan next season. Saving on the bench in Tottenham will probably not be beneficial for him. It must compete regularly at a high level in order to improve more.
The 18 -year -old defender will certainly want to prove himself in English football and make his way on the Tottenham First Team team next season. It will be interesting to see how the situation is developing.
Tottenham needs more depth in the defensive unit and if the 18 -year -old can prove his value next season, he could be an asset for the club during injuries and rotation.
