A manhunt is underway for a driver who shot a 15 -year -old boy and a 20 -year -old woman in West Philadelphia, police said.
The shooting came from a driving rage incident which took place just after 7 p.m. Monday at the intersection of 42nd and Girard Ave, according to the Police from Philadelphia.

The suspect, described as a bearded black man in his forties, was captured on several cameras in the region before fleeing the premises.

The police said that the suspect had opened fire, pulling the teenager in the arm and grazing the woman on her chest. The two were transferred to hospitals in the region where they were listed as in a stable state, Fox 29 reported.
