Anthropic That his Claude AI can integrate into Google Workspace. This link allows the AI assistant to access all the information in Gmail, Google Documents and Google Calendar. Customers at the company level even get a special cataloging option for documents that aim to offer even better speed and precision when recovering information.
This update could make Claude more useful when it comes to using the chatbot to plan or access information in the Google ecosystem. The blog post with the advertisement indicated that the corporate option is delivered with special security checks for confidentiality, but does not detail if or how other users could prevent Claude from accessing sensitive information that could be stored in an email or document. The integration of Google Workspace is available in beta now for all paid anthropie customers.
Anthropic also adds research feature. Requests in this mode are intended to offer in -depth responses to requests which “automatically explore the different angles of your question and systematically operate on open questions”. Claude’s research responses will include quotes for verifying facts. Anthropic claims that this feature can be combined with Google integration to analyze information stored on several different locations, such as complicated work and school projects. Research is available in the United States, Japan and Brazil as early beta for users of the maximum, team and enterprise plans.
