The United States Supreme Court made a decision early Saturday morning, at least for the moment, the deportations of all Venezuelan takes place in northern Texas under a law in wartime of the 18th century.
The judges asked the Trump administration not to withdraw the Venezuelans detained in the BlueBonnet detention center “until the new prescription for this court”.

The Court’s decision comes after an emergency appeal from the American American Liberties Union arguing that the federal immigration authorities seemed to work to resume the abolition of the United States migrants under the Extraterrestrial Enemies Act of 1798.
Two federal judges previously refused to intervene and the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals American made no decision.
