Nick and Vanessa Lachey shared the secrets that keep their wedding afloat.
Vanessa, 44, revealed that she suggested that the 13 -year -old married couple devotes a day of the week to intimacy in the middle of their busy hours. Vanessa and Nick organize a handful of Netflix reality TV shows while raising three children.
“He says to himself:” What, plan a sexual day? “” The model remembers Nick’s reaction to the suggestion of an interview with the brides. “It sounds weird when you say that, so we decided: Wednesday – Hump Day.”

The idea came from the couple’s friends, who planned their privacy for Thursdays, reported the point of sale. Nick, 51, and Vanessa admitted that they have since fallen from their routine of “Hump Day”, but work to get back on the right track while following the logistics of their family.
“I do not want time we have for intimacy and connection to be taken up by logistics, but it is our life,” added Vanessa. “I think we come to an era to have to spend a bump day and a logistical day.”

In “Love is blind”, competitors test the theory that you can fall in love with someone without seeing what they look like.
Nick and Vanessa used their relationship to help candidates for the show, in particular by disclosing arguments and how they worked through them. The couple also attend the therapy together.
“It is really important to have a third -person perspective which is an impartial opinion,” said Vanessa about therapy.
“It’s good for [the contestants] To see this, yes, we have been together for 19 years, married for 13 years, and we have seen a therapist, and we still have problems, “she added.

Nick also stressed that “everything worth having work”.
“For me, it is a cornerstone of life, and marriage is not different. There is no shame for that.”

Vanessa previously told Fox News Digital that her family plays a role in each decision she takes.
“I have an excellent support system in my husband and I don’t take this for granted,” she said. “I know there are a lot of parents alone there, many parents find it difficult to have family or help. I am very grateful to have them.”
She added: “My husband and I have always said to put the family in the first time, which ultimately, if something does not work with a career choice or a work situation, we have no regrets because We put our family first.
