Elon Musk warned American government employees they had to disclose what they worked on last week or face the bag.
The billionaire posted on Saturday: “In accordance with the president @RealdonaldtrumpInstructions, all federal employees will soon receive an email asking to understand what they did last week. »»
The de facto chief of the so-called Ministry of Effectiveness of the Government added that “lack of response will be considered a resignation”.
A note sent shortly after the American government’s human resources department, which was summarized for the Financial Times by several people, orders government staff to respond with about five chips on what they achieved on Monday at midnight.
This also urges employees not to send classified equipment to their responses.

The request for email on Saturday, which came from the Office of the Government of Staff Management, did not repeat the threat of online dismissal of Musk for non-compliance.
But Everett Kelley, president of the American Federation of Government employees, said that his organization “would dispute the illegal layoffs of.. Federal employees”.
“Once again, Elon Musk and the Trump administration have shown their total disdain for federal employees and the critical services they provide to the American people,” he said.
