Fenerbahce’s head coach Jose Mourinho found himself again in the center of a confrontation – this time with the Okan Buruk in Galatasaray during the confrontation of the Turkish Cup on Wednesday.
Mourinho was surprised grabbing the nose of Buruk in the aftermath of Fenerbahce’s defeat against their rivals.
The match saw Victor Osimhen mark a splint for the visit side, before the tensions deteriorate in the last stages of the game, which prompted the police to intervene on the field to defuse the situation.
A large fight broke out involving players on both sides, leading to the referee emitting three red boxes. The Mert Hakan Yandas from Fenerbahce and the Galatasaray Baris Alper Yilmaz and Kerem Demirbay duo were all sent.
In the middle of the turmoil, Mourinho was caught on the camera, grabbing the nose of Buruk, dropping the Galatasaray coach spectacularly, tightening his face.
After the match, the official Galatasaray account shared an image of smiling Buruk while looking in the direction of Mourinho.

“You shouldn’t attack, you should digest!” Read the legend, accompanied by an emoji hunting.
In another article on social networks, the club has published an animated clip featuring a cartoon version of Mourinho, subtitling it with “Galatasaray drives you crazy”.
This incident adds to an already eventful season for Mourinho, which was not foreign to controversy. The Portuguese manager frequently criticized the refereeing in Türkiye and previously received a suspension of four games in February after making comments on the leaders of the match after a previous meeting with Galatasaray.
In addition, Mourinho was accused of racism by Galatasaray after this same match. The club condemned its comments as an “inhuman unequivocal rhetoric” when it described the opposition bench as “jumping like monkeys”.
Mourinho brought legal action against the club for allegations.
And he could now be set up for a new ban after his actions on the full -time field.
