New Images Spark Debate Over Blake Live Claims

The dispute between Lively and Baldoni seemed to raise more eyebrows after new images surfaced that seemingly called into question the actress’ sexual harassment allegations.
In her complaint, Lively alleged that Baldoni sexually harassed her while filming a dance scene by dragging his lips down her neck and telling her, “It smells so good.”
In her filing, she insisted that no one heard her say it because the romantic montage was silent and their microphones were turned off.
However, a recent clip released by the Daily Mail showed that Baldoni’s microphone was not turned off and that their conversation somewhat contradicted Lively’s claims.
The tapes showed that both actors were friendly with each other. They even joked about the size of Baldoni’s nose and how they spend time with their spouses.

Around the seven-minute mark, the actor did indeed tell Lively that she smelled good, but that was only in response to her joking about her spray tan.
Although Baldoni made Nuzzle Lively’s neck as part of the romantic scene, he mentioned to her that he probably had his beard on her, and she responded by saying that she had his spray tan on him.
Then he quips, “it smells good,” before the two laugh, and she tells him that the smell actually comes from her body makeup.
Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds request gag order

After the clip was released, Lively and Reynolds made a shocking legal request.
According to Tmzthe actress asked a judge against Gag Baldoni, led by Bryan Freedman, alleging he made false statements about the affair.
The couple asked the court to issue a protective order to prevent Freedman from engaging in “inappropriate conduct,” including waging an alleged campaign of “media harassment and retaliation” against them.
The couple claims Freedman “violates court rules that prevent an attorney from making statements to the press that are irrelevant to a case and could prejudice a jury.”

Justin Baldoni’s sources criticized request for gag order

Sources close to Baldoni expressed frustration over Lively’s request for a gag order, telling the Daily Mail that it is “very unfair” given the fallout he has faced.
According to the sources, Baldoni lost three job opportunities and hundreds of millions of dollars after what they describe as defamatory allegations published by The New York Times.
“All Justin wants to do is post videos and text messages to prove the allegations are false,” the sources said.
They added: “It’s unbelievable that Blake Lively would put a takedown campaign against Justin and then immediately turn around and say she wants a gag order so Justin can’t defend himself.”
