BUC-EE filed a complaint against a smaller Texas-based service station on allegations of copyright violation, saying that the Super Fuelle logo is too similar to the BUC-EE logo.
The trial brought by BUC-EE in the American district court argues that the cartoon dog of super fuels in a cape logo is too similar to the cartoon beaver from BUC-EE in a hat, according to Fox 4.
In the trial, BUC-EE, which is also based in Texas, says that the Super Fuelle logo presents in the right place an “anthropomorphic and cartoon representation of a smiling animal which is closely like a beaver, which is also positioned in a right -oriented angle and which is represented in front of a circular background. “
