The real estate magnate, Mauricio Umansky, says that California must work with the federal government to help Los Angeles rebuild itself.
The real estate tycoon, Mauricio Umansky, said that Californian officials should work with the federal government to help residents of areas devastated by forest fires to rebuild themselves, and that was not the moment of Fighting with President Trump.
“It’s time to put the policy aside and rebuild Los Angeles,” Umansky told Fox Business. “This is not the time for the government of our state of being political and … to start to be against Trump.”
The Luxury Real Estate Company of Umansky, The Agency, represents a portfolio of houses and properties for sale worldwide. However, many of its customers are in the hardest areas affected by forest fires that started at the beginning of the month in the County of Los Angeles.

Umansky said the situation is disastrous for families who have lost everything.
His agents, some of whom lost their house, worked 24 hours a day to find everyone a place to go. But it was far from easy.
“One of the most difficult things is that there are 10 candidates for each house, and therefore nine are rejected,” he said. “When you think about it, and they are all people who have lost their house, then … their depression is insane.”

Umansky said people move around the city and that many of them want to stay near their home. However, many other people go north or leave the state.
“We have moved thousands and thousands of people. It will therefore be very difficult,” he said.
Umansky said it was still too early to understand what things would look like about the way people will rebuild, but he knows that the governments of states and the federal government will have to work together to achieve it.
“We are looking for answers. I don’t think the government has done a fairly good job by alerting people to what things will look like,” he said, adding that the inhabitants still have trouble understanding How they will behave. will take out insurance.

Newsom also denounced Trump criticism, declaring NBC News “Meet The Press” earlier this month that “Messinformation and Disinformation do not help any of us.” Meanwhile, Trump, a long -standing critic of the Californian government, recently unleashed, going so far as to suggest that California may not receive federal aid unless it changes certain policies, including its management water.

While Newsom has signed a rescue program providing $ 2.5 billion for reconstruction efforts while fires continue to ravage certain parts of southern California, Umansky said it was “no doubt” that the ‘State would also need federal aid.
“They have to put their ego aside, the policy aside,” he said. “We are going to need federal money. We are going to need state money.”
The state should not fight Trump, he said.
“When I say not to fight it, I mean … He’s going to have ideas. We are going to need the federal government’s help. There is no doubt,” he said.
