EXCLUSIVE: CIA director John Ratcliffe warned his “change” agents to raise his management in a note obtained by Fox News Digital.
“There will be changes during my mandate as a director,” wrote the new head of the American espionage agency in a message of labor on the agency level. Ratcliffe currently examines all the best staff members and plans to put their own fingerprints at the higher level of the agency, Fox News Digital learned.
“We will collect information in all corners of the globe, as dark or difficult. We will produce a perceptive, objective and all source analysis, without leaving political or personal prejudices to darken our judgment or infect our products,” continued Ratcliffe in his e-mail.
“And we will perform a secret action towards the president, going from the places that no one else can go doing things that no one else can do.”
