A Celtic fan had an unforgettable night after helping orchestrate a lovely post-match moment with Young Boys fans.
Joshua McLaughlin had just seen the Hoops secure a place in the Champions League last 16 after visitors’ defender Loris Benito scored his own goal four minutes from time to give Celtic a 1- 0.
The goal was a huge relief for Brendan Rodgers’ side after dominating the majority of the game at Celtic Park.
After the celebrations finally died down after the match, McLaughlin went to applaud the traveling fans and the Swiss contingent, in return, asked him to sing before a long round of applause.
The moment was widely shared on social media, with Young Boys also retweeting a message from Joshua’s father Kevin.

Joshua, a young Celtic fan, was at Celtic Park with his dad yesterday and after the match there was this lovely scene where Joshua was doing the wave with the whole YB curve. BSC Young Boys supporters then gave him a YB scarf.
