The veterans department announced on Thursday the speech of more than 1,000 employees following a recent call from the Trump administration to reduce the size of the federal workforce.
The VA indicates that this decision will allow the department more than $ 98 million per year, which allows them to spend these resources in health care, benefits and veterans services.
These efforts are part of the plan of the va to refocus in its main mission: to provide the best care and possible advantages to veterans, their families, the caregivers and the survivors, according to a statement from the VA.
