The levels indicate how much prudence the department recommends to travelers if they choose to visit another nation.
Level 1 advises travelers to exercise normal precautions, because there is a certain risk in all international trips. Level 2 recommends increased caution on certain “increased risks to safety and safety”. Level 3 suggests that the Americans reconsidered this country due to “serious risks to security and security” and level 4 advises everyone to go to this place.
The State Department weighs several factors during the publication of opinions, including crime levels, threats of terrorism, civil disorders, health problems and the possibility of a natural disaster.
Countries can also have multiple levels if certain areas have more risk than others. Warnings are examined and updated regularly by the State Department.
