Tottenham boss, Ange Postcoglou, said Richarlison will not be able to return from injury against Chelsea on Thursday.
However, the Brazilian has a chance to appear against Southampton on weekends after his last injury has seen him miss the last two months with a veal number.
Richarlison has not arisen since a muscle injury suffered in the loss of semi-final of the 4-0 Cup semi-final in Liverpool on February 6.

Asked for an injury update at his pre-match press conference, Postocoglou said: “Nothing new outside of those [Richarlison, Kulusevski and Danso]. Everyone is fine and trains. Downside [Dragusin] in the long term.
“Richy’s training, probably not tomorrow [for Chelsea game] But a chance for the weekend if he continues to train with the first team as it was. He improves.
“Deki (Kulusvski) and Kevin are progressing well and probably a week or two with them, they have not yet joined team training but progress well.”

Angel “delighted” with Romero International Action
Postcoglou also said that he was “delighted” that defender Cristian Romero had presented Argentina twice in international service despite the recently return to action for Spurs.
“I was delighted, guy. If he can spend two games with his national team, it’s great for us.
“He did not play a lot of football and footballers must play, so rather than sit for two weeks.
“He needed matches, you could see that in the performances with us before, especially in the Fulham match in the 70th minute, he was almost cooked in terms of physical form, so spending two difficult games at the international level is positive.”
Positive international break
Many Spurs players were in action during the international break and Postocoglou was happy to see that so many of its players have important minutes before the season.
He added: “It was an international break for us. First, obviously, no one has picked up anything, which is important, but also some guys have had a playing time which, in our opinion, was going to be important, guys like [Cristian] Romero, Destiny [Udogie]Matty Tel (Photo), Wilson [Odobert] And all those guys who missed a lot of football recently had a good playing time.
“Those who played all have done relatively well, they are all back and we have had a solid training group in the last two days.”
