That said, Villa does not have exactly the best record outside this season either. They only collected 14 points in 12 outdoor games this season, against 28 in 15 games at Villa Park.

Jean-Philippe Mateta hopes to continue his exceptional form this season after having marked 14 times while he begins alongside Ebelechi Eze, while Adam Wharton could start on the bench while Glasner continues to manage the restoration of injuries in the middle in the field.
Villa is without Ross Barkley, Boubacar Kamara, Amadou Onana, with Pau Torres, he also started to miss despite his recovery from a broken metatarsian.
