Sporting CP striker, Viktor Gyokerres, would have moved to one of the three Premier League clubs this summer, but Manchester United is not on his list of wishes.
The Swedish striker, who was in exceptional form since he joined Sporting in 2023, scored 82 amazing goals in 90 appearances. His performances have naturally aroused the interest of the best clubs, especially in England.
While a meeting with former sports boss Ruben Amorim in Old Trafford had been suggested, Portuguese Outlet reports A Bola complaint Gyokerres has no interest in joining United. Instead, it was favorable to a passage to Liverpool, Arsenal or Manchester City.
Sporting would have prepared himself for his departure at the end of the season, the report indicating that it is “inevitable” that Gyokerers moves on. Although his contract takes place until 2028 and includes a liberation clause of 100 million euros, we think that Sporting would be willing to accept more than 70 million euros.
A move to England is not fixed in stone, however, with European giants, Real Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern Munich and PSG also monitoring its situation.

The misfortunes of the attacker of the united man persist as they look towards the summer window

The preference of Gyokerres for Liverpool, Arsenal or City could be a major setback for Man United, who should sign an attacker this summer in the middle of the current difficulties in their line forward.
Rasmus Hojlund undergoes a dryness of 19 games, while Joshua Zirkzee has not yet found his pace since his Bologna arrival in an agreement of 36.5 million pounds sterling.
Liverpool and Arsenal are both likely to strengthen their attack options this summer, while a move in the city seems less likely given the Erling Haaland corporate grip on role No. 9 and its recent contract extension which binds it to the club until 2034.
