Brentford signed the defender of Fiorentina Michael Kayode on loan and insists that striker Yoane Wissa does not leave the club this month.
Wissa, 28, recently became the top scorer of the club in the Premier League and scored 41 goals in total since his arrival from Lorient in 2021.
It was linked to a move to Nottingham Forest earlier this week, but manager Thomas Frank cannot see any transfer develops.
He said: “It’s good with all these rumors, I love the transfer window.
“There are a lot of rumors, for me again, he is a Brentford player and in my opinion, Wissa is not for sale, he was our main new number, he was fantastic.
“I don’t see why we should sell it.”
Kayode, 20, is a versatile player who can play in the back or center of the defense and Frank is happy to get his man.

He added: “We really love him, are very happy that we have managed to sign it to give us more depth in the rear positions. I think he is very talented, a fantastic physical package.
“He has good abilities to keep moving forward. Very defensively. Of course, he is young and must be developed. He did not play much this season, but last season, he has more or less played a full season at La Fiorentina. »»
