Barcelona appointed Ronald Araujo among the substitutes for their rearranged confrontation La Liga with Osasuna despite the manager Hansi Flick affirming previously that the Uruguayan would not present himself due to an injury.
Araujo missed the 0-0 draw of his country with Bolivia on Tuesday, leading Flick to govern the defender with Raphinha after the Brazilian played Wednesday in 4-1 in the hands of Argentina.
The Barcelona match against Osasuna at the Lluis Company Olympic stadium was initially scheduled for Saturday, March 8. However, the game was postponed a few minutes before kick -off due to the death of the Catalan club doctor, Carles Minarro Garcia.
A victory for the Flick team emitted them three points of Rivaux from Real Madrid at the top of the table. However, programming of the Liga match – a particular point of frustration for Flick – means that Barça has to play seven games in 20 days.
Osasuna, on the other hand, is currently in 14th place, six points from the relegation zone.
Here’s how the two teams queue for the meeting of tonight.
